Re: Some pics of the Rear

I actually like it a lot. The only thing I don't like on the car is the Porche turbo badge, it doesn't belong on the car in my opinion.

I would completely de badge and I think the valance would look really nice in black to match the spoiler. Looks good now though too!

Re: Some pics of the Rear

The mufflers are hanging down on the passenger side.

I'm not really feeling the badges either. They both seem out of place imo.

Re: Some pics of the Rear

maybe if the turbo badge wasnt a different color than the other badges, MAYBE. Spoiler looks good. Valence I think needs to be black. Personally, i'm about to paint the chrome trunk strip black also. I think on my car it'll look good. I think on yours, with the black valence, it might as well.

Re: Some pics of the Rear

Ok Thanks guys. Just to answer some question

Pictures taken at JFK. Spoiler is the carbon fiber from ebay. It's not painted black lol just the pic Quality is bad; taken today, with phone, when it first started snowing. I will be getting a carbon fiber Valance soon. Exhaust is Brittalman. Yea i know it's hanging lower on the right; it kills me everytime i see it. I think i need a new donut/hanger because the one on the right seems to stretch more than the left.

Also i put the turbo and S line badge to try something different because my friend/co-worker and I have...well look below

He had his first; i'm really not a big fan of silver but it had ti package and was a good price

Also maybe you can see that even stock the right tip was lower which make me think it's the hanger even more.

Also when he put my sline valance his APR exhaust hangs lower on the right too

Re: Some pics of the Rear

The only problem (my personal preference of course) are the badging-not a huge fan.

It could be the angle, but one side does look lower than the other, I had this problem with my exhaust install, pain in the butt to get it looking correctly.

besides my own preference, looks great. CF looks damn good.

Re: Some pics of the Rear

I like the spoiler. Looks good on the car.

What I wanted to do was completely debadge the car, even the 4 rings on the back of the car and put the Porsche turbo badge there... Just my idea. I have the badge sitting in my room. I just don't know if I want to do it anymore.

I peeled off all the doubled sided tape and put on 2-3 layers of better tape; so the spoiler would actually contact the trunk lid. Also used a heat gun to heat make it stick better because of the cold weather.

Re: Some pics of the Rear

Spoiler looks great, as does the S-line badge, but man..........I have to say that I seriously can't stand the Turbo badge thing on Audis, which I've seen before on the forums here. Like I can't really emphasize enough, this falls exactly in the same category as some tool in a Civic putting a Type R badge on......not only is the badge technically from a different brand of car (yes, I know Honda = Acura btw), but the car doesn't even have the parts. The cursive Turbo badge carries with it the Porsche brand, and thus a Porsche turbo......last I checked, an 2.0T A4 =/= 911 Turbo.......take it off!

And also I agree w/ people saying the passenger-side muffler is a little low height-wise, but both tops are perfectly aligned in that valence.

I also was thinking of putting the "S-Line" on the back in the same place but loose the "turbo" badge.
