Symphony II to II+ dual antenna solution?

Has anybody found a solution for the "poor FM reception" issue due to the loss of the diversity antenna?

The closest I have been able to find is this solution for a II to II+ conversion in an A3. Can anybody confirm this will work on a B7 A4? Has anbody installed this solution? http://www.kufatec.de/shop/product_i...Sportback.html
