Anyone Have That Us Fidelis Ext Warranty?

Just want to know if anyone has signed up, and if it's good or crappy. I just signed up my '01 S4, with 107,000 miles for $2475.00. They said it's good for 5 years, 150,000 miles. It doesn't cover turbos, though. No deductible, free towing, and free car rental. I can take the car to any stealership, or any ASE approved mechanic. I have 30 days to cancel if I don't like it. Any feedback would help.

Thanks for the info. Some good, some bad. I guess I might have to take my chances. My car has some mileage, and some things are starting to go.
