so i read all the info on the thread about copper plugs. thought it would be a good idea to change mine since it had been some time. got the ngk brk6e's and gapped them to .28 and low and behold, what a difference! the iridium were totally shot, get pics later, and were gapped about .45

question is: do i need to visit my revo dealer for any adjustments?

ps - and yes i need a vagcom
mods - not enough for me and way too many in my wife's opinion

.32 stock, .28 chipped. Some more respected members say they do OK with stock gap of .32 in a chipped car but I re-gap mine to .28 and have no complaints.

    Re: new plugs...

sorry to go off topic but what's the difference between the BKR6E and the BKR6EGP or whatever... i know one is copper and the other is platinum and copper conducts better, but will this negatively affect my car that much?

    Thanks for clarifying!

Another question.....Are copper plugs better than stock if you are riding stock?

    Would it be like copper>stock>platinum??
