    heres what i found,

It's Still a Year Away, If At All
There's no official word on the future of the 2009 Audi RS6 in North America. Audi only sent the sedan version of the RS6 over last time around, and it says there 'sare no plans to bring the RS6 Avant over this time either. An RS6 sedan will definitely follow, however, and there's little doubt it will find its way to the U.S. The new Ingolstadt stormer will be priced around $90,000, which is right in line with the BMW M5 and Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG.

An advanced version of the MTM performance kit is in preparation, which, with a massive 702 bhp, even outshines the performance data of most super sports cars. This additional boost in performance is made possible thanks to a stainless steel exhaust system with throttle control downstream from the catalytic converter and a sports air filter. The 702 bhp kit (plus MTM guarantee) is available for € 9950.

ok so 90k for the car lets say 15k more for a 702hp 0-100mph in 3.9 in a 4,464 lb "wagon" ummmm lets see id take it. Now to find an extra 110k damn looks like i spent it on christmas lights and gifts. lol i wish!

I would take that over an R8, and have some cash left over for insurance, and more MODS, mainly rims, what else could you possibly do to it.

EC did an article on MTM's RS6 Avant. They said the kit was 720 hp and they modified the stock turbos to produce 20psi as opposed to the 10psi stock. They also said there were no plans of bringing the car stateside (Audi's plans) until the next generation A6's come out in 2010 or 11.
