Don't do it, they'll try to charge you over 1K a year and most of the stuff you will need replaced from 80K to 120K won't be covered. Hell you might not even be able to get one with miles that high.

I didn't get one but i was offered one and that was my understanding of it

I did the extende warranty through Audi when I purchased my car Certified pre-owned and it certainly paid for itself. If you are above the 100k mark I'm not sure it will truely be worth it at that point. It seems people have had mixed results with alternate warranty companies.

Extened warranties are a waste of money. Most of the things you will need changed are not covered and you're going to be paying for nothing. Your best bet is to take that money you would be paying for the warranty and save it in a separate account.

A well maintained care with 80K-120K miles will only need a clutch if it's manual, maybe some window motors and little things like coil packs, fuel filter, belts, etc.

Anyone heard anything or tried the one offered through AAA?

I mean AAA is a pretty reputable company and it seems the insurance underwriter also is a good company. S & P rats them as A, so I doubt they would disappear like other warranty companies.

US Fidelis claims that they have ZERO deductible and Co-Pay.

    Oh, and NO inspection either.

I have no clue, but that's their claim.

I'm sure one of us will try them on for size.
