Intake and Exhausts

What custom or off the shelf intake systems have people done to their 2.0T's?

Also, what exhaust systems is everyone running and what gains are you getting?

Besides ECU flashes, what other mods have people done? Bigger intercoolers, etc?

I'm new to the modifying world and keen to get some more power gains from my A3 2.0T.
