    Dead Tiptronic?

OK, so since yesterday, I've noticed that during gear changes in my tiptronic, during the actual shift the revs jump up if i have my foot still on the throttle, then like a second later it thumps it into gear... resulting in a jolt forward...

Anybody experienced something like this before? I'm very worried my tranny is on its way out.

Or perhaps I should check fluid level?

There is no slippage once I'm in gear; ie... i can floor it and the full lock clutch is still enabled; it doesn't spin up freely while in gear.

Car is 2.8L 30V Quattro Tiptronic with PES G2 supercharger kit.

    You could try resetting adaptation.

Always check fluid level if you're having a problem, it might not be a bad idea to drain and refill it too.

    Re: Dead Tiptronic?

does it do it in all gears or just some?

a good place to start is the fluid level. PM me if you have any questions as i probably won't check this thread again.
