I was floored to find that the 17" Celebration rim from a B5 A4 did not fit the hub. Does anyone know what size hub-centric ring I need? Thanks

Re: 17" celebration wheels..what size hub ring?

Any ideas? I'm desperate. I bought these 17" celebrations (rs4 reps) from a guy..but the center bore of this wheel seems to be about 66mm. Am I missing something? I thought all audis had a 57.1mm hub diameter. Could the previous owner have bored out the center bore on the wheel to make it larger?

I have the rings on order, but I still don't understand why those wheels have a larger center bore than 57.1mm. These are legit/factory 17" celebration/rs4-style wheels. So confused...

Re: 17" celebration wheels..what size hub ring?

So the question remains...why on earth would these 17" celebration/rs4-style wheels have a center bore of ~66mm? The guy I bought these from mentioned that he had them on an Acura. I thought nothing of it at the time when I bought them. Is it possible that he had the wheel bored out larger from 57.1mm to Acura's 64.1 centerbore? Can anyone tell from the last picture above if this wheel looks "modified"? Assuming this is the case..is this generally bad for a wheel?
