    I know its a hike, but you could try east coast european in NH, A friend of mine got one there for ~940 with the grills brand new.

    Acthuning has them for right around 1000 bones I believe. That is the cheapest I have seen them

    you have to purchase the supports to go along w/ it and then the fogs too... a complete setup is gonna be around 1700... I just got done pricing it out as someone just backed into the front of my car this weekend and put a nice big dent in my hood and bumper.... and then drove off!
