On the back of the fuse box cover, it has the list for all of them. I'm not home otherwise I'd run out and look. I'm pretty sure it clearly says "Cigarette Lighter" or something of that nature.

removed the fuse to inspect if there is any burn mark or if fuse has popped. Better yet just replace it and see if it works

the two prongs will not be touching inside of the plastic piece, where they arch together. and there will likely be a burn mark. The #'s for the fuses are to the left on each part of the black back of the box. They're small but you can see them.

    Re: ciggarete lighter broken..fix?

It is possible that what ever you are plugging into the cig lighter is not making contact with the contacts in the lighter socket. The cig lighter socket is made of soft-ish metal. Some makers of car accessories (phone chargers, iPod chargers, etc.) make the plugs on these things a tiny bit extra large for a tight fit/good electrical contact. But this winds up bending the contacts inside the socket to the point where your original cigarette lighter (or whatever) no longer makes proper contact.

The solution is to pry the contact surfaces inside the socket back toward the center gently. A non-metallic tool would be best otherwise you run the risk of sparks & blowing the fuse.

The only other thing I can think of, provided the fuse is OK, is that somehow the wiring to the cig lighter has become disconnected.
