Audi owes me a new pair of testicles

I posted on here over a week ago that my brakes went out on my A4. My car was towed to the dealer and they found out what was wrong with it and started work.

I still don't have that car back.

According to the dealer, Audi is currently doing inventory on the parts warehouse and shipments are slow. On top of that, the dealership broke my engine bay cover while working on it and they tell me that part won't be in until this Wednesday. I called the dealership and they offered to get me a rental car but they either called too late or the rental place closed early because I was unable to get one. I called today to raise hell and the service manager was out sick.

Which gets me back to the topic of this post. Audi owes me a new pair of testicles.

I have been walking to and from work since this whole fiasco went down. Today it was in single digits before the wind chill. Fortunately my office is not far from the house, but it is still a massive pain in the ass and I pretty much have to boil myself in the shower when I get off because my nuts have frozen and retracted into nothing. George Costanza ain't got shit on me!

my audi is still in the shop also
its been ....psh since like october 20th
insurance gave me a 500 limit for rental
once that bailed and my car wasnt done
the dealer gave me a loaner till the car was done
idk how lenient their policy is
but try to get a loaner from them
no fun walking in cold weather my friend

.... my mom wont let me use the car so i have to bike to school now, she took it away once she found out i had installed the GSG pipe and EVOMS intake. IDK, it's fairly cold here, but its a 9 mile ride. Have to wake up extra early now so I dont get pegged by traffic.

I never went to that dealership, the car was hauled there on a flatbed. The dealership is about an hour and a half away, maybe more.

Its not the temperature, its just having to wake up early and ride for 9 miles in heavy traffic. You get tickets here in ATl if you ride on the sidewalks. I am just saying it sucks to be without a car when you have exam week, why do I deserve to be berated when I am in the same boat as you. Without a car and without a quick way to where I am going. I never said you were bitching. If it sucks that much throw on some layers. I have been stuck outside in the middle of the Rockies in that temperature of weather. Just put some layers on. I am only sympathizing with you.

Back to the OP, that is insanity that the dealership wouldn't provide a loaner the second your car was brought in. Are you still under warranty/service plan?

Called the dealership today, they did not know if the part was in yet. Promised to call back. Never got a call back. Called twice, no answer at the dealership.

I got better service when I drove a Hyundai as a teenager.

Did you buy the car from this dealership? I feel your pain, and think they definitely should provide you a loaner, but a lot of times they will only do free loaners when purchased the car from that particular dealership. I know that's how mine works; I get a 2-day free loaner assuming all work is found to be under warranty. There's a weird rule that can result in my needing to pay for it, but it's not gonna happen.

x2, always a loaner car. ill admit, theyre not always fast, but i love fucking with their loaners. i took the last a3 they gave me off roading lmao, it was an effing blast!!
oh and you can always complain to audi corporate, and if they feel that your complain is justified, they douche ur audi dealership and they take care of you nicely. and i know this sounds childish, but if they dont take you seriously as a kid, get your parents involved. dealerships hate parents hhahah, they know the can push the kid over, but parents are another story haha
