How many shops would make an emergency appointment for me at 6pm on a Friday night? Freddie and ECEA would. I had a tune up a few weeks ago and on Thursday my check engine light came on, so i called Freddie frantically on his cell. He quickly called back and set the appointment. The problem was trivial luckily and they generously checked the brakes and other issues I wanted him to take a look at. As always, I left more informed about my car than when I arrived. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and what was pertinent and what was not. Also, he assisted me with making sure I didn't pay for anything more than what I had too. He took a look at my warranty paperwork to make sure the work that needed to be done is covered. What a relief and she runs like a champ.
I mentioned that the wifey had gotten me a Valentine1 for my birthday and I found that he is skilled at that install too....very stealth and clean...hardwired through the sunroof in no time. I can't tell you how happy I was.
These guys never fail to come through above and beyond. It's a shit of a drive on a friday, but it was well worth it. Thanks again guys. With the money saved, i'll finally have the suspension work done shortly to finish her off.
