We have found that they are really hard to come by right now, there are quite a lot of fake ones for sale on ebay and other places.

I was going for the k04 turbo upgrade wit the apr software for it. I was told injectors n a 4 bar FPR would be the next upgrade to go with my setup? What size injectors would be good? and would i need any work done on my computer for my car to run the bigger injectors?

380cc injectors, you'll need a software update for the K04 to run optimally

I don't see clearly what means High & Low impedance; in my AEB the injectors have a 12 Ohm resistance. Is this the so called High or Low impedance injector?

Your stock injector is high impedance, if you install low impedance injector without resistors then your ECU will fry/break very quickly
