alright people. i bought a 2000 s4 with a blown turbo. pulled the motor and trans. i replaced as much of the little things that i could think of
stock turbos (i know lame, i just want the car to drive damnit)
    all gaskets for the turbos
    timing belt
    water pump
    oil feed lines
    plugs
    4 o2 sensors
    TBB
    710n's
    after run coolant sensors
and maybe a few other littles things i'm forgetting

now i finally got the car all back together. it idles and sounds great. but there is no boost. i hooked up the awe boost guage and i've got nothing. took the car for a spin and i'm in vacuum all the time. if i push the car a little bit i MIGHT get 2 or 3 pounds. but its killin me. i only drove it for about a mile. so its back in the garage where it will sit until i fix this.

i made a vacuum leak tester for my mk4 gti 1.8t and with an adapter made it fit onto the y pipe. capped off the opening for the pcv valve and pressurized it to 10-15 psi. found one tiny vacuum leak at the DV but i can't find anything else. and i need some help

are there any major problem areas other than the things i've already replaced. i dont even know what else to ask. i'm just lost

do these cars have a limp mode? i know my gti did. but the thing thats telling me this is a boost leak is that when the car is idleing its in vacuuum. if i give it a little gas. the boost guage will go up to around 0.

    help me out
    and thanks in advance

How do the hoses going from the wastgate and vacuum look like? It's possible that you switched some of them around.
