    What color for 2009?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
So after talking with a couple people over here in Europe, they all seem to think that white and black are going out of style. I've heard that brown and gold are getting popular now. Any thoughts on car colors that you think will be the cutting edge for shows this upcoming season? And this has absolutely nothing to do with me trying to decide what color to wrap my car.

    Re: What color for 2009?

I was planning on going flat/matte white with flat or gloss black S-line door blades and ABT spoiler, and a carbon fiber front splitter and the cf overlay for my S4 rear bumper. Maybe a black roof too? That, or flat/matte orange with the same accents. The wheels would be 19" ABT A27s in a gunmetal or dark grey matte center, polished lip, and the ABT Sportsline logo on the center caps would be painted in either white or orange to match whichever.

How about you make your interior color the new color of your car.

And your car's current color, the interior?

    Re: What color for 2009?

My car's interior is currently mostly black, with S4 carbon fiber trim and fabric Euro sport seats from a B7. The headliner is going to get retrimmed in black alcantara. The car is Ming Blue right now, with quite a few scratches and a couple small dents.

Ming Blue is an epic color. Only if it was a couple shades lighter so it was actually blue it would've been 10x better.

    Re: What color for 2009?

Yeah, I'm definitely not going with those colors. Brown and gold are both ugly to me. White can definitely look good. Or orange. We'll see. Now I just need to get the euro trunk, a new hood, and get the cash together for the color change.
