Headlight fault plus not dipping when turned on

I have had this problem for a while, and it really wasn't that big of a deal to me, since I was waiting to install my ecodes and I figured that would fix it. Well, I installed those yesterday, and everything works properly, except the dip feature. The lights down dip when I turn them on or if I have them on already and I start the car. I don't have any idea what could have caused this. Any thoughts?

You must reset the "home" position, using vag-com, and aim the headlights with the controller in the basic setting mode.

Thaks very much. I'll see if my buddy has received his VagCom yet.
