Location of the Coolant Temp Sensor???? Help!!!

okay so i just got a new sensor today and want to do the install tomorrow afternoon. i have no idea where it is located and cant find any diys online. can some please point me in the right direction???

I would also like to know. Why are you replacing it? Does your temp guage act wierd like mine? Im going out tomarrow to buy a new sensor.
