Help with oil sensor

My buddy was trying to disconnect the connection on this oil sensor

and decided that pulling on the wire was a good way to do it

Needless to say the wire came out of the connector.

So I disconnected the sensor after reminding him

He reconnected the wire to the connector, but we aren't sure if the connection is good. Anyone know how to test it or got some advice? Thanks.

turn the engine on to see if the temps rise ??

Get an Ohm tester and test the connections from each end. Set it so it will beep when it has connection.

Orrr... Just wait til you turn the car on if it says low oil you'll know what's going on :)

Do you have a picture of where the wire came out? Did it come out of the harness with the pin or just break the wire? You can usually pop em back in if it came out whole.

It came out whole and he popped it back in. I just want a way to make sure the connection is good.
