LED taillights...Soon..Pics inside!

So this is the LED tails that a company in Germany is working on. Should be ready in January. Think they will cost about 290Euro.
I only have a pic for the Avant tails but they will be making them for the sedan aswell.
Only thing I don't like is the fact that it's only LEDs in the outer housing...

I've been waiting for this, but IMHO i wouldn't get LED tails unless it covered both the inner and outer lenses.

I remember seeing that one guy from Spain who did an exact replica of the A6 pattern so it is feasible and it's not some CEL error can't-fit-a-transistor issue thing.

Regardless I would definitely be ordering them.

I think if they make only the top and bottom light up and the middle only when the brake is applied it would look like the A6 tails.

The inside lense should match the outside. It doesn't look complete.

Why make us buy the trunk portion of the housing as well, if it's not going to be LED and will resemble OEM? Or are they only selling the body molding portion of the housing?

The outer portion of the tail looks like some of the B6 tails out there. I will wait until they have a complete LED tail (inner and outer) to make a move. IMO.

I'll wait until the final product is released with pictures of how the lighting is going to be. It would really suck if the inner part lights up like OEM and the outer is led.

Those are half LEDs. If they are notcomlete LEDs i will not buy them, sure!

I'm going to hold out hope that this pic is somehow deceiving and these do have LEDs on both sides. Can't believe they'd go through all the trouble only to get it wrong.

You should read the articles about the GT-R and the transmission woes. lol
