So my license plate light went out...both of them. I tried to replace the bulbs but when I opened it up the old ones weren't burnt out. Any idea?

My left one did the same. No idea why. Fuse or harness maybe?

Well there is no listed fuse for it. I pulled all the 5amp ones in the door pannel and all were okay. I don't really want to be driving around illegally, has anyone had this happen?

I believe there is another fuse box some place else. Not sure where it is though.

That's what I thought too, but I have not been able to find out where.

Its the metal tabs on the light connectors. You have to play with them by bending them certain ways to make sure that they touch the connectors on your trunk.

isn't that the issue when putting in the slightly different length LED bulbs? They both went out at the same time and I've never tampered with them.

This is exactly right.. puzzled the hell out of me when it happened to me. Bend shit towards the metal connectors that are inside the trunk.. it'll work.
