VW Credit LEasing are ruining Audi

I was a VERY happy Audi S4 '06 driver for 3 years. During that time, I got married and my wife and I figured we'd turn the Audi in, get an SUV (we surf, camp etc) and when her lease on her Honda civic comes up in Q1 09 we'd get her a TT as our 'fun' car. Well, after getting RIPPED OFF by those a**holes in VW Leasing I will not be getting that Audi.

I hate the idea of getting into a BMW or God forbid a Merc but why should I be a good paying customer for 3 years only to get stiffed at the end of the term?!? If anyone has any suggestions of how I can escalate my compliant so that Leasing get straightened out then I would happily return to Audi.

    Cheers

BTW - Power Audi in Newport Beach are great guys and their service dept. are first class!

Well we really have no idea what happened to you since you didn't talk about it in your post.

What does VW Leasing have to do with an Audi though?

Maybe finance or lease through another institution?
Sorry you had a bad experience, but you shouldn't NOT get another Audi because VW Financial gave you problems at turn-in.
