Quality difference in HID bulbs.

I am going to be getting some new D1S bulbs and noticed a huge price gap between different manufactures. Is there an actual difference in brightness, color, longevity, etc.

Saw some for $65 and $170 Phillips.

I always choose the electrical product with good reputation or some reputation instead of nothing. Unless extremly expensive.

It's very interesting that the price diff is so much (almost double) so its its only the longevity then I would jsut purchase the cheaper ones, but if the color is horrible then I may pay more.

Any suggestions?

I just ordered these a couple of days ago. They're less than half the cost of OEM bulbs from the dealer. I'll let you know how they are when I install them next week.
