Front Tire wear issue - need your help

I replaced all 4 tires with Falkens a year ago and after 5K miles, my two front tires were completely bold on the outside and partially bold on inside. I had it aligned when the tires were put in.
Tire Kindgom put 2 new tires (they prorated them) and aligned the car twice. The car still pulls to the right strongly after the alignment and I think this is what is causing the premature wear.
I do not drive like a maniac. I have stock wheels.
Recommendations before I take it to the dealer?

First of all, it's f'in BALD not bold!

Second, maybe you have a bent frame and that's what's causing the problem. If you are certain of the car's history, then take it to another alignment shop and have it checked out. Just the name Tire Kingdom sounds like a place that I would never let touch my car.

Yea, Tire Kingdom...probally not the best place to get Audi aligned. Most of those places have a hard time just gettting the tires balanced much less anything else.

Sounds to me like a control arm issue. if you're going bald on the oustide edges, your camber is off, and if it's been alligned (properly, which I have to agree doesn't sound promising with Tire Kingdom, sounds like a damn amusement park) then the problem is still with the camber. since it's not adjustable on these cars, you should get your control arms and the bushings checked.

You guys are funny and quick at bashing places just because of a name. I have a history with that Tire Kindgom shop and they have top of the line equipment with someone who knows how to use it.
He advised me that before the dealer touches it to perform an alignment check to confirm that his job was well done.
I appreciate the feedback on the control arms. and the bushings. The car is a CPO and unless my stealer lied, it was not in an accident.
