My old roommate's turbo took a crap and he has asked me to replace it for him. I can do it but all my tools are in norcal so if anyone close to san diego is willing to let us borrow/use their tools we would reimburse you somehow, it can be cash, beer or maybe you need some work done on the car. I would really appreciate and it would save us a drive to the bay area.

Dang, everything I had got moved up to NoCal last year. My brother found someone with tools to borrow from off of SoCalEuro. There aren't a whole lot of Audi owners there but a ton of VW ones and a good amount of them in SD too.

    Good luck!

Thanks guys i will also post it on SoCalEuro. As far as the tools i have to replace the k03 turbo on a 97 A4 so most of the tools needed are pretty basic. Ive done it a couple of times and i cant recall having to use anything special. Ill try to find a write-up and go over what i need.
