Carbon Copy Designs - information update

I wish to clarify the situation for everyone as there is incorrect information floating around out there.

Carbon Copy Designs was a joint venture I started up with Terry Vella.

In the last few weeks there have been issues with orders being completed and shipped on time to clients.

Any project placed through the Carbon Copy website or directly through myself I am able to assist the client with.

Any project placed directly with Terry himself I am limited in what I can do as I have no access to any of the funds that might have been sent.

I have just returned from a trip to visit Terry and see the state of operations at the shop.

I have since contacted all of my clients and anyone who has and outstanding project with Terry to update them on the status of their project.

Due to Terry's health issues it has been decided that I stop using him as a source of fabrication for Carbon Copy trim orders. If anyone chooses to initiate a project directly with Terry I have no objections with that but I will have no involvement with any issues that could potentially arise.

I will be using facilities local to myself to continue producing the quality trim products that have been made in the past.

I have decided to stop accepting any more trim projects until the new fabrcators are able to finish the trim is to my QC standards.

thank you for the explaination... its shame its come to this, however something needed to be done... it was a quality product but the issues at hand made it very difficult to obtain. hopefully now things are in order, along with terry's health being back to normal...
