i know..wtf was on their mind with the slope up on the bumper and before 2003 hiding the exhaust i guess they fired that engineers ass 2003 and up and poked that exhaust

the front end slopes up so you wont hit or scrape anything pulling in places, every car made just about slopes up, some more noticeable than others.

Its not hard man. Just do the hair dryer method from over on AW. You can just pull the lense with the rest of the light on the car. It takes about 15 minutes per side. I would offer to help if you were closer....40V-V8 made the post about it on AW but his pics are down.

Im not very good with tools and I did it. Pretty much if I can do it anyone can :)

Use blue painters tape on the chrome around the lights and also some on the bumper so you can wiggle the light out.

Whatever you do. Dont take off the bumper, way too much work!

Looks like he could daily drive that height. 235/35 and he has the bigger fender.

the method i used was, once the head lights are out of the car. unscrew the blinker bulb. pull off the reflector with your finger. should be 3 screws holding in the projector lens, unscrew it and wiggle the housing around until the reflector falls out. screw back in the projector and blinker and call it a day

yes its my DD that way..its tuckin =D..but i swerve potholes and hit the breaks alot..front tires are 235's rears are 265's..some fat daddys..she stays low

well you could go another inch in the rears the way my drop is and probablystill not rub..so we are talkin 10.5 would work..the fronts i dont thinbk you would wanna go any wider it would rub at my ride height no doubt..front rims are 8.5 my rears are 9.5

we are talking aboout auto leveling xenons right? i would assume some of us have different headlights? just making sure

yep, mine are auto leveling xenons. shouldnt matter though. the hardest part would be taking the lights out of the car. after that either method is good. i didnt want to rip apart my lights and re-seal them again, so we did it that way. it works really well
