How do you remove the breather hose from the T (picture) NOW NEED HELP WITH NEW!!

I can reach my hand in there without taking the manifold off and i just can't figure out how you take it off. I can't get it to just slide off, does it just slide of the T fitting, it cracked towards the top and it needs to be replaced. I searched and found the picture but nothing about how to remove it. I figured it would be held on by a one time use fitting but it's not.

    thanks in advance.

i dont remember exactly when i took mine off but i think there are two tabs you need to press in and then it slides off. i opened the hood and stuck my hand down which was super hard to get to and apply the pressure but it finally came off

Your right there are no tabs. Mine ripped a month ago and I had to replace it. Like you said there isn't any way to get to it with out taking the intake mani off. Once off I had to cut it off. I couldn't find any other way to get it off.

thanks, i guess i will cut it off. Was your replacement hose rubber or metal. I ordered one from the dealer and it's metal and i think they ordered the wrong part.

how do you get the new one on? I have tried heating it up in boiling water and putting it over the t-fitting but it still won't even come close. My old one looked like it had a flange and the new one is a straight tube.

Jrau13, how did you get the new one on?
