REVO. I have a B6 with REVO, and I've been happy with it. Just be sure you change your DV at the same time when getting chipped... get something like a Forge 007. The stock DV can't handle the added pressure and will eventually fail. The Forge 007 DV comes with a spring kit... be sure to use the yellow one if you just plan on chipping your car and nothing else. Forge includes 4 springs and 2 shims so you can tune the DV to your liking:

Green - 5-15 PSI (stock setting)
    Yellow - 15-23 PSI
    Blue - 23-30 PSI
    Red - 30 + PSI

if your not going to go further then Stage 1+ (Flash+Injectors) then go with APR , streetwerke is offering the buy one program get the second promo.

if your going to upgrade to a bigger turbo , i would go the REVO route.. if you plan on trying the trial software then be prepared with some extra coil packs. they'll most likely blow.

If you don't plan on going bigger in the future, then they're all pretty much the same.

GIAC has more grunt up top, while apr is smoother throughout. With the revo, you can get the sps and somewhat change the timing and boost level yourself.
