glovebox CD changer

will this glovebox CD changer work in an A4 with the RNS-E?

The auction title says: "2005 AUDI A6 A8 FACTORY OEM CD 6 DISC PLAYER CHANGER"

and theres no information on it.

it does however, look different than other A4 ones ive seen that have the load and eject buttons above the cd slot

A6/A8 devices require the MOST fiber optic ring and don't work with the RNS-E.
