    it looks almost like an rns-e but has a CD slot above the screen.

    has anyone seen or used this before? hows it compare to an rns-e

    does it have multiple cds?

    This was available in europe only. It's CD based and has a monochrome screen. No map just directions. Similar user interface design as the RNS-E. I'm not sure if it will work in the US, you'd be one of the first people! I must say I kinda like the look of it.

    I believe they called this something like Navigation Low in europe or something

    My guess is...It's a slightly larger version of the nav info displayed on the DIS from the RNS-E... It might have been an option in the B6 A3...perhaps someone from the UK can speak to that.

    Not worth it IMO. Just buy the RNS-E...

    thats what im looking for, just happend to stumble across this and i was curious about what it was since ive never seen it before.

    anyone know where the best price for an RNS-E is?

    Is Mavrick still selling his?? I know he was trying to for awhile. They seem to sell for around 1k-1.1kish used...maybe more... I bought my setup new for $1500 from navparts.
