Lost 25lbs in 2 1/2 weeks not im stuck lol. This is what i did:
1) Stopped adding salt to my food
2) replaced soda with water or seltzer
3) Stopped eating French Fries and burgers
4) Eat alot of grilled chicken in wraps with lettuce

no lol i wasn't that fat my highest was 260 but im 6'3"-6'4". Im down to around 235 trying to get to around 205-210 in a couple of months.

careful tho because if you go back to your old eating habits it will come right back, you need to increase your cardiovascular exercises and continue to eat healthy so that you can keep it off...Good work, im in the same boat, im 6'2-6'3 and i was at 230 a few weeks ago and im down to 218. I run daily now and I also use hydroxycut 30 minutes before each large meal.

If you guys are trying to bulk then slow your cardio down and lift.

When you do lift, do high weight, low reps with super slow counts.

for example: 3 sets of 6 or 8 reps with a 5-5-1 count. 5 seconds up, 5 seconds down, 1 second in between reps.

dude you can NOT compare a dietary supplement with heroine and/or meth. Thats probably the most absurd thing i have ever heard in my life. Corey the stuff you're taking isn't really all that great for you but its not really going to do any long term damage unless you take too much of it or for too long.

heroine and meth are ridiculously dangerous drugs, are illegal, addictive and honestly I don't even know why you cant already understand that fact just based on common sense. not to mention the reason why people lose weight when they fuck with that shit is because of the most unhealthy side effects any drug can have on anyone. Totally different than the reason why Corey's harmless powder drinks are helping him lose weight. Keep up the good work! This is a great start and you're doing exactly the right thing, just be aware that if you go back to your old ways, that 25lbs will come back with a vengeance. That's the way it is with quick weight-losses, you need to do the full "lifestyle change" if you want it to stick.
