Stock intercooler?

I know the location is behind the (LH) fog lamp grille opening but whats behind the (RH) side? Looks like another intercooler? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

there are 2 SMIC (side mount intercoolers) one on the inside left fog and one on the inside right fog

Ok cool now I understand. Thanks. Has anyone found a way to move more air through them? It looks like you could cut out more of the grille opening for more air flow through them.
