t3/t4 turbo upgrade?

i found a t3/4 turbo upgrade for my 2003 a4 1.8t quattro 5speed manual. he specs are # .57 compressor wheel trim 3" inlet diameter with a 2" outlet, .50 A/R compressor housing, .63 A/R turbine housing. i was wondering where i get software? am i going to have to have a custom tune made or wat? wat r my options? wat size of injectors should i get?

sorry i am new to the Audi scene. i have fmic with intake exhaust, apr 1+ chip w/injectors, and new rods. i want to hit the 350-400hp mark. Wat else am i going to need for this turbo?

T3/T4 is just the family
what are the exact specs on the turbocharger?
You can get either Eurodyne or Unitronic software.
