Help!: Looking to borrow a Cam Chain Tensioner Tool

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I'm gonna be replacing my cam chain tensior gasket this weekend, or the next relatively warm day. I've ordered all the other parts that I need for the job, but I just wanted to see if anyone out there has a Cam Chain Tensioner Tool that I could borrow. I don't feel like buying it, cuz I don't wanna spend money I don't need to spend at the moment. If anyone out there has one that I can borrow until next week, please shoot me a PM or post here. thanks! I'd really appreciate it

Re: Help!: Looking to borrow a Cam Chain Tensioner Tool

Well, I would need it until next monday or tuesday. Its supposed to rain/snow and generally be kinda shitty outside until then. Plus I've gotta wait for all the gaskets and shit to arrive. You got one I can borrow, Jake?

Re: Help!: Looking to borrow a Cam Chain Tensioner Tool

Well, if it comes to that, I could borrow one from my local mechanic too....he's a good guy. I'm sure he'll do it for me

btw....my idle is jumpy and my wideband won't stop "hunting" at idle....its sorta all over the place. When/if it stops raining today I'm gonna go try to figure this out
