The Tan and Brown r looking like the right shade and flow well, But when the black(the trim piece over the brushed alumi trim) comes in it looks out of place, i would say change the Black to the Same Color Brown, but i would have to see it in person cause it might be tooo much brown you know?? I was planning on dyeing the tan part more of a brown....I agree that tan might be too light..

+1. Friend of mine did the same to his '01 Jetta. Started tan and replaced a lot of pieces with black. Looks amazing in his car and it seems to be coming together well in yours too

I say you go black it will make your trim pop in a good way. I don't know how i feel about that color. GL either way buddy. I will have some good pictures up by this weekend.

I think that amber color you showed in other pics would look baller and it wouldnt clash with your current trim. I was going to do white insert but I felt that it was going to be too much white because of my trim.

Ok no I am confused, lol.

Like I said that was just a photoshop. My interior is all beige with black trim (it was painted over brushed aluminum trim).

As of now, If I go with the scheme seen in the first picture, I can keep the stock beige seats (as they are same color of the door panel).

But if I go with the scheme seen in the second picture I posted I will need to either dye my seats (which I dont want to do) or get them reupolstered which is $$$$.I think the second picture is baller.

This is the style I am going for, just with the door inserts the same color as the seats:

OK first of all those seats are WOW. two I think the inserts will go well with the seats but not with the aluminum trim. Maybe if you keep the trim black it would flow better.
LEt me get it straight so I stop confusing both of us. can you post a pic of your actual interior?

Is just a regular boring ass beige interior with the aluminum trim painted a gloss black. (which I could remove and bring back the brushed aluminum)

the gloss black looks really good in my opinion. I say change the actual doors, dash, and center console of course and then decide on what to do about the inserts and trim.

im always on late because my schedule dictates that i do so. i work 11-8 most days, get off, clean up/go out, get home, AZ, sleep, repeat lol. what's your excuse? hahaha

Do the black and tan, and find a set of those Euro S-Line seats in tan. Then flat-bottom wheel and it will be very nice.

Can you photoshop the alumnium trim to like walnut brown? I think that would look good...you need something that like compliments the light brown inlay (so if inlay is light brown, trim should be some hue of brown). But what do I know, I drive a silver car...

I agree guys the last pic is the best, but that would require doing the seats in that brownish color...most likely that would not happen, lol.

So here is my plan keeping the seats and door insert the stock beige color (atleast for now)

I think thats it...I am going to undertake this project....god I hope its not a disiaster...

For now I am sticking with the beige/stock/current color of teh seats and door inserts

The carpet was the easiest thing. I didn't worry to much about it because i was going to have black mats..... so any carpet paint will do just spray it on evenly like all of the other things.
