quick fix for foglights, i need to be creative

hey guys so i have a front bumper that i bought, OEM 2000 A4 that fits like a charm but the guy before me cut out all the tabs for the fog lights and the plasitc grills to make room for his front mount.

I have all the grills and i have the fog lights but I really dont know how i could attach them? I do have the upper tab for the FL on each side. (so if looking at the front bumper facing it, i have the upper right tab on the right side and the upper left tab on the left side)

anyone got any clever ways of maybe attaching those lights and covers again? I would want it sturdy so they dont bounce and look bad when rolling down the road...
