Lime green. Not to bad in my opinion but im Dutch and we're all crazy. We love Orange RS4's.

The article says it was ordered by an American client and the color is the same green as the GT3-RS.

You guys are right the article does say it's a porsche color from the 70's!! I also thing the car would look pretty good with a black interior and some matte black wheels.

Not at all a fan of crazy colors except maybe on exotic cars. Why do that color interior its too much contrast. IDK maybe it would be ok with black interior and matte black rims but I doubt I'd like it even then.

I miss working for Audi but do enjoy the weekends off. I need to start an S4 Avant petition for the new B8 S4. Someone over at Audiworld mentioned it and I will not settle for anything less then an Avant. I may have to wait till 2011.

Ik ben ook een Nederlander en als mijn man met zo'n wanstaltige kleur auto bij ons op de stoep zou parkeren zou ik hem direct van onze gezamenlijke bankrekening halen zodat hij mijn toestemming nodig zou hebben om belangrijke toekomstige beslissingen te maken. Sorry, maar als je zo'n kleur uitkiest is 't beslist wel duidelijk dat je niet in staat bent om een verstandig besluit te maken...Ik merkte dat dit voor een Amerikaanse klant gemaakt is...Hmmm..ik begin te denken dat dit voor Sjonnie en Anita zelfs een beetje te extreem is... Oranje? Misschien...?

For those that do not understand Dutch;

My fun and very open-minded Dutch wife thinks the color is horrifying - a crime against art and automotive humanity ...She would kill me if I'd bought any car in this color - even a GT3...and I would have to pass a 5150 evaluation prior to any future capital purchase...LOL...It's this type of sound judgement that makes me want to keep her around...She doesn't mind going to the line, but she knows where the line is...funny Dutch people ;)

For what it's worth, this particular car requires a fair bit of color-correction to look "true to life" in photos. And the interior isn't red: it's plain old Tuscan Brown. I ordered the car with Glut Orange seats, wheel, handbrake, and trim but there was a supply delay so I took the plain-Jane interior.

Sideline Sports took a set for me at VIR which I think represents the color reasonably well.







The exterior color is Porsche Lime Green, code 137. The original plan was for Verde Ithaca but that particular color requires an extra trip through the booth to paint the silver "candy" coat.

I will say that the color is exactly as popular with women in real life as it is unpopular with backmarking street-race douchebags on the Intarwebz. Unfortunately I'm already married.

The way it sits, ugly. With black interior, tint, black wheels, black trim and grill. If it was decked out with black like a GT3, it would be bad ass!

Edit, not ugly, looks really good in the track pics, I still stand by my suggestions though :)
