No interior lights, no trunk light, windows switches not working. HELP!!!!

all the interior lights went out, the windows dont open, the sunroof doesnt work, and no light in the trunk.
Ive checked all the fuses in the fuse box, checked all the connectors under drivers kick panel, nothing helps.
is there a relay that could be fried? any other place that has fuses for the lights??
please help !!! :(

stealership, I mean this sounds serious so just take it to them. also have you messed with any of the electrical system or vag com recently?

yeah i was looking for door trigger wires to install an alarm. might have shortened something. found the wires i needed but then noticed that all these things stopped working.
is there a convenience control module in the car??? does it have any fuses on it???

Disconnect the wire you hooked up to the alarm, see if everything returns to normal.

Also, recheck all the fuses.

Is there a relay for the lights??
I remember before when i opened the door i could hear the relay click, it doesnt click anymore.
checked the wires and the door trigger shows - when door opened.
anyone knows how the lights are powered and if theres a relay for them???
does bentley have any info on that ???
any help will be appreciated .

disconnected all alarm wires, no luck. checked the fuses again, no luck either.

Damn, that's odd. Does anyone have a wiring diagram you can get hold of? I would be suprised if the interior light circuit and the power window circuit are linked at any point, but from your situation I guess it is possible.

There is a double relay / control unit, that controls the one-touch front windows, and the interior light delay.

If it's unplugged, windows, sunroof and courtesy lights won't work.

the windows work now.. i must have checked them with the door opened, and when its opened you cant open/close windows. the only thing now is the lights, no lights at all. the ilumintaion works fine thou.
