The break-up begins

Well for the last two weekends I have be tearing the car apart for parts and the first thing to go was the engine, suspension should be gone this weekend. Bodywork should be all off in two weeks which will bring this project full circle to when I pulled an RS4 apart.

The car was stolen if I remember correctly and crashed in the process. Totalled the car. Thus, parting out the car.. correct me if I'm wrong.

No crash they rammed her to drag her out of a parking space then dragged her off to the next street and stole a few parts then trashed her.

The trunk was stolen as was the bonnet front bumper, FMIC, Lights, wheels and Bonnet plus trim and a few other things.

God I loved my car and it will be some time before I get to that level again.

Thanks but the insurance company are being total Wankers after being so good. Then made me a crap offer of £1400 + I keep the car minus excess but the car was insured for £8000 and now they will not return calls

I don't understand how a company can deny your claim when the car was insured for specific amount? Sounds like you need to pay them a visit. I was told a long time ago, "Never take a No answer, from someone who can't say Yes"
