I got suckered by my local Audi dealer at best explication I can come up with and not be nasty. APR is who they claimed to not only be qualified but actually certified APR dealer/seller/installer/maintenance professionals. None of which I've found to be even close to true. After the 6th episode of the Audi Dealer Service Center causing damage, covering up that damage & attempting even grossly negligent actions. They snapped off my seat belt valet and did not mention that fact to me. When they delivered the car to me in the service area I got in sat down the seat belt valet came out & fell onto my chest. It was still connected to the actual belt itself with about a 6in jagged spike on the end of it. They had attempted to use Gorilla Glue to put it back together. I reported this to the service manager who said to me, "what do you want me to do about it".
Sorry for getting a bit off topic but I'm trying 2 paint a story as to why in part I'm in the situation with my vehicle currently. They've installed the APR stage 1 thru 2 plus on my car which immediately started producing substantial gains in performance. I intended on having D exhaust and intercooler done at the same time but because of all of the problems that I had encountered with them as well as problems with the actual APR ECU upgrades I had to find somewhere else to take my vehicle even to have general service work done. Part of the time that my car was at Audi was routine maintenance not always upgrades however each time I didn't upgrade I had to go back afterwards to have something either repaired replaced or reinstalled. They apparently gave me two completely corrupted installs and had to uninstall then reinstall. Because this is all electronic it created other events with in my car. The first major event was my alternator was getting signals & sending out voltage spiking to 20v and obviously it's a 12 volt battery that puts out 13 & 1/2 to 14 & 1/2. That caused #6 O2 sensor to foul out which dumped all the unspent fuel straight into my cats. This caused EPC codes, seat malfunction, window malfunction, AC malfunction, transmission malfunction... The entire car would be affected by the EPC going off and it was throwing codes for everything.

Having to go back to Aud I tiried to be reasonable and request that the service manager look through my service history and determine how he could resolve all these issues. The car has an extended warranty that's almost bumper-to-bumper coverage. Converters are not now are flooded because of the O2 sensor and that's the only codes that's on my car right now is faulty cats Everyone's telling me at this point (exhaust, mechanics & tuner guys). All those guys I've been going to because of the amount of horsepower my car is producing it's going to burn out catalytic converters and I should just go straight down pipe with a cheater sensor. We don't have emissions here in Florida and I'm looking to make about 600 horsepower at the wheel by the time all is said and done. So my next dilemma is I'm very limited where I can go and have an actual person who independently tunes cars as well as is certified by APR because they lockout the ECU. Only they have access to it. All of your extensive exhaust research I would trust your thoughts on this situation even if you ignored everything else I brought up and just looked at the exhaust scenario. Right now I have Custom Stainless 2 - 3/4 exhaust cat back and MagnaFlow Mufflers with 4 inch dual MagnaFlow slash tips.

So 3L supercharged with stage 2+APR ECU/TCU-DSG. Dual pullies, upgrades to the superchanger, intercooler, ram air intake, cat-back dual Magnaflow & hosts of other little items. Ultimately I wanna go to E 85 injecters and fully custom tune. That's y if it works best just go with test pipes w/02 sensors on so it thinks there's still cats. That's like the TRE (timing retard eliminators) on bikes. Remove top end limiter by tricking motorcycle into believing it's always in 5th gear bc that ratio is not where to speed comes from...

There are so many things wrong about this post not excluding the way it was written and where it's being posted..... If you did this on a computer I highly recommend downloading Grammarly as it is free and helps immensely with writing mistakes. Second what the hell is #6 O2 sensor? Are you talking about the 6th one or O2 #6? If I remember correctly there should be a total of 4 sensors 2 lambdas 2 O2......

The only logical answer that I can come up with from that gibberish is he referred to the 6 wire/wideband front oxygen sensor (in that context) since it is largely responsible for adjusting the air/fuel mixture. However there is so much wrong typed that as a logical person (that was trained on how those those systems work) that even I am quickly moving on because I can feel brain cells dieing already.

You beat me to the punch!! Let me simplify... remove you cats, get a tune, and get your headers and exhaust from fast intentions. Doesn’t get any better than that for this car.
