ok my transmission is acting up..

just happened out of no where.. i was driving, went to pass some one. had it in D. and when i stepped on it. my car downshifed as normal. then there was a big CLANK i got jerked forward. then my car upshifted and took off... it was very weird and i hope something isnt wrong.. the next day i went out to my car and my cel was on.. i was late for work so i said to myself. ill do it later.. on my way to work. my car was acting up.. i would rev up to 4k rpm fine. then bog down to around 3.7 then it would fly up. theres only 93k on the transmission.. i scanned my TCU got no codes and scanned the ecu and got a mil code.

    Code:
