    Side Mirror Color

Since I'm doing some body work to my car, anyone think I should chose a different color for my side view mirrors?

They have to be clear coated like the rest of the car.

    I was thinking black? No?

And has anyone experimented and successfully used chrome paint from duplicolor? I tried using it once but clear coating it afterwards takes away the shine

The car is silver. Do you think there will be too much of a contrast between the non-painted base and the black?

I don't want it to look like I found random mirror housings and threw them on
