Is that a JE coat or an aftermarket coat like a Swain tech dome coat?

Looks nice, I wanted that on my pistons, but never happened.

Dumb question, but does this kit included everything needed to make your engine 1.9L? If so, how much does labor on a job like that usually go for? Stupid I know, but I'm just curious.

The only component needed to go 1.9L is the oversized pistons going from an 81mm bore to an 83mm bore.
You will need to remove your block and have it bored out to match the piston specs.I recommend changing the bearings and seals when the motor is apart.
