Warning--Chris Custon AKA 35R-A4 ripped me off

Hey all just warning any and all of you not to do business with this person on the forum.

He sold me a "nearly new" K04-15 with "less than 1500 miles". I found it through the classifieds. I paid almost $700 shipped. What I got was a well beat K04 with a cracked exhaust housing and a badly bent impeller blade that he tried to "fix" with a pair of pliers. What I have is a paperweight, a very expensive one.

He won't return calls, emails, or PM's. Just letting you guys know so you don't make the same mistake.

Update: after posting this and sending him another final PM he got in touch with me. Said he will figure a way to get my money back. So hopefully this all works out. No more used turbos for me, except from VTAudiA4.... :)

No need for all of that.

If you used your credit card, you can file a dispute with the card issuer. If what you say is true, then the credit card issuer will refund your money back to the card and alles guten.

used turbos are just bad news, big time! Ilearned froma friends mistakes that when it come to shit for turbo (anything wastegates turbos w.e) just grab it new beucase a shit load of people try to sell broken used shit

If it has been less then 60 days since you sent him money thru paypal he can do a paypal refund without him losing any money.
