    Radio Fluxuation?

    Hey All,

Has anyone run into this problem?

Radio acts fine. After sitting in the sun / hot days, I notice that the radio fluxuates severely. Sounds like a scratched CD in a cd player or something.

It's not just the radio either, it plays that way for my CDs and my iPod. Only on hot days / when the car has been sitting in the sun.

I had the dealer check it out but they originally said it was because of my aftermarket exhaust. BS.

I wanted to see if anyone else has run into this? Or is it just me???

    Thanks!

    Re: Radio Fluxuation?

i got it too.. only stops after the car has cooled down (AC). i believe its a malfunction with the bose sound system and the road noise sound adaptation system (or whatever its called). when hot out it seems to not be bad until moving (or enough road noise it made that the system turns the volume up automatically to compensate). I never took it to the dealer, out of warranty, i plan to eventually go aftermarket.

thanks for confirming. I started to think I was the only one with this problem.

I'm still covered under warranty so I'll take it to a different dealership and have them take a look.
