Stall = Check Engine light?

So Im new to an Audi, just got my first one,had it for like a week, and I was pulling out of the food stop, and I accidentally almost stalled the car, I managed to push the clutch before the car died, and then went on about my business.

Except for one thing, Check Engine light is now on. I contacted my dealer who told me I caused a mis fire and it will self diagnose and clear after about 5 drives. Im on 7 and still a CEL. Anyone seen this?

I would rather not have to be turning my car into the shop so soon, that would be horrible. :(

It happened to me once and the CEL cleared two days later. I'd give it a few days and take it into the dealer if it doesn't clear.
