is it so hard to get a correct alignment??

Wow so i went to their 1st location and got an alignment back in mid november it was still off.
I did not bitch too much since i was needing new tires and figured i would get them to recheck it after that.
got all my tires replaced this week and now they still cannot get it right.

They were supposed to do the alignment with the new tires but they didnt have time wednesday. So i drop it off today and they come back with these sh!t specs on the 2nd try sheet.
They gave the excuse a guy is booked to do like 30 hours work today due to some problems yesterday. No my problem they cant get their scheduling right and turn out shit work then due to being pressed for time.

also what is the correct suspension code obviously they cannot figure it out?
