Question about b5 rs4 avants

Alright so I have searched google etc... looking for more info on the "MTM Bimoto" rs4 avants. I have been on european importing/exporting sites looking at rs4 avants forsale and i see some say "mtm bimoto". other than wheels what does this exactly mean? Was it an extra option from audi over in germany... or what? Thanks and any help appreciated.
