    yes it will. i had it in my B5 S4, and my buddy has it in his b5 A4. great head unit. let me know if you need any help or anythig else with it.

    Have a avic d3 fits great.
    B5 S4 Avant, Aka the Avantador.
    EPL tuned, Tial 605.2, ev 14 injectors, apr bi-pipe, 034 044 fuel pump, CM fx400, ssac v2 twin1 exhaust, SRM V3 intercoolers, aquamist hfs-3, 034 motor/ tans mounts, awe dtc... 460wph/420wtq @ 24.5psi
